Collingswood Police Chief Richard Sarlo is retiring after more than 25 years of service to the borough, and Sgt. Kevin Carey will become Acting Chief as of Sept. 1, njpen.com reports.
Sarlo called his job a ”boyhood dream” and labelled his retirement as ”bittersweet,” according to the report.
