Deceased Fetus Found on Conveyor Belt Was 19-Week-Old Girl, Autopsy Results Show

She died was incapable of breathing and died due to extreme immaturity.

A deceased fetus discovered on a conveyor belt at a Camden recycling plant was incapable of breathing and died due to extreme immaturity, the results of an autopsy conducted on Friday confirmed.

The 19-week-old was a girl, the autopsy revealed.

An employee at ReCommunity Camden discovered the fetus around 3 p.m. Thursday.
