D.L. Shaw to Perform in Collingswood Nov. 28
He began songwriting, singing, and performing original songs in 2004, and self-produced an EP, Blues Music, in 2007.
A classic tortured artist type, Doug Shaw began playing guitar at age 14. He studied classical guitar with John Marlow, a student of Andres Segovia, in the 1980’s. He began songwriting, singing, and performing original songs in 2004, and self-produced an EP, Blues Music, in 2007. Doug is not sure where his music comes from. “I’m on a mission to keep the blues alive.”
He will perform at Grooveground coffee bar, 647 Haddon Avenue in Collingswood, Nov. 28th, as part of the Fridays Live series, 8:00 p.m.
