Dress your dog as your favorite artist or piece of artwork. The event begins on July 16th at 9:00am. Perkins Center for the Arts will provide materials such as fabrics, velcro, fabric glue to make a costume for your dog. On July 23rd, there will be a dog parade with the dogs in their costumes starting at 11:00am.
