Connecting with Other Families
Parents & caregivers are you involved in the IEP process for your child with special needs? Do you know what is in your child’s IEP? Is your child’s IEP meeting their needs? Come share what’s worked for your child and learn from other families about strategies they have used to support students with disabilities through the IEP process. This will be an informal discussion among parents and caregivers of what works for supporting students to be successful in school and life. Bring your questions, concerns, successes, and best resources for being actively involved in developing and monitoring your child’s IEP.
