Fred Hutchinson Inducted into Carrier Hall of Fame for Dedication to HVAC Industry and Service to the Community

Fred Hutchinson, CEO of Hutchinson Plumbing Heating Cooling, was recently inducted into the Carrier Hall of Fame, recognizing his contributions and services to the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) industry as well as his customers and the local community.

This honor, presented annually to the top Carrier dealers across the nation, recognizes those who adhere to the highest standards in customer service, celebrates years of outstanding work in the HVAC industry and acknowledges dedication to improving their communities. Carrier’s highest honor, nominees must be Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers and must have identified Carrier as their primary brand for a minimum of 20 years.

“Being inducted into the Carrier Hall of Fame is a tremendous honor, not just for me, but for my entire family,” said Hutchinson. “It has taken four generations and nearly 70 years to achieve the level of performance we’re now experiencing. Since the award’s inaugural year in 2007, a total of 28 people have been inducted into Carrier’s Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame was founded to honor those who exhibit the principles of leadership practiced by Willis Carrier, the inventor of the first modern air-conditioning system, including enthusiasm, loyalty, vision, continuous improvement, integrity and business that contributes to better health and living in the community. Hutchinson has demonstrated these principles throughout his career, winning the respect of his peers, trust of the community and gratitude from Carrier.
