All fitness levels are welcome to join the Semper-Fit workout.
Why trust Fulps with your summer workout regime? Well, he lives in Collingswood.
But besides having good taste in a hometown, Fulps has spent 24 years working in the fitness industry. His experience as an advanced personal trainer, coupled with his passion to teach fitness care and nutrition, gets clients to that “I’m actually ready for the beach” feeling.
"My training style has been successful because there's no forcing clients to do something they can't, or (taking) a militant style approach," said Fulps. "Instead, I find everyone's strength and build from there. I like to build confidence in my clients so they are willing to embrace a challenge rather then have fear of It."
Fulps says Semper-Fit training goes beyond merely working-out—it’s a way of life.
"It's a lifestyle I enjoying teaching to my clients," said Fulps. "Semper-fit includes one-on-one, group training (for two or more people) and boot camp classes that are available for all walks of life, no matter the fitness level or age."
