Lyft Shooting: 5 Indicted In Collingswood Woman's Death

Five people have been indicted in connection with the death of a Collingswood woman who was shot while riding in a Lyft vehicle last year, authorities said Wednesday afternoon. Ronderrick Manuel, Kasey Dezolt, of Morrisville, Pa.; Dominique Richter, of Hamilton Township; Andrew Alston, of Trenton; and Douglas Martin of Trenton, were all indicted in the murder of 27-year-old Amber Dudley. Dudley was shot during the robbery of a Lyft she was sharing with three other people in Trenton on Nov. 30.
Manuel, 43, was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree felony murder, one count of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, according to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.
Alston, 39, DeZolt, 32, and Richter, 31 were each indicted on one count of first-degree felony murder, one count of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.

Martin, 52, was charged by complaint on April 10 while incarcerated in Camden County on unrelated charges.
Police allege Manuel shot Dudley while attempting to rob the Lyft she was using just after 7 p.m. Manuel accidentally shot Dudley in the torso before fleeing, according to Acting Mercer County Prosecutor Doris M. Galuchie. Dudley died in the hospital a short time later.
