
A Camden man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting that took place Tuesday afternoon, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson said on Wednesday.
Allen Reed, 41, is charged with felony murder in the death of 43-year-old Edwin Davis, of Camden. Reed allegedly shot Davis on the 2500 block of Morgan Boulevard in Camden. Police said.
Officers found Davis lying on the ground while responding to a report of a gunshot wound victim around 7:22 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene at approximately 7:32 a.m.

Reed was remanded to the Camden County Jail on $1,500,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
