Man to be Arraigned in Fatal Shooting, Car Accident in South Jersey
Clarence Green, 23, is charged with one count of first-degree murder in the killing of 18-year-old Rafael Vicente.

A Camden man will be arraigned in connection with an incident in which a man died in a shooting and car accident in March, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson said on Wednesday.
Clarence Green, 23, was charged with one count of first-degree murder in the killing of 18-year-old Rafael Vicente, of Camden on May 13. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
Vicente died after he was shot and his car crashed on the 1200 block of Haddon Avenue at around 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22.

Police responded to the scene, and Vicente was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at about 8:55 p.m.
Green is currently incarcerated in state prison on a parole violation.
