'March for Love' in Honor of Orlando Victims in South Jersey Wednesday Night
The march is at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken.

Camden County residents will march in memory of those who died during the mass shooting at a gay nightclub in Orlando earlier this month.
The “March for Love” takes place Wednesday night, June 29, in Cooper River Park, 7 p.m. The march kicks off with a rally at Cooper River Park’s Jack Curtis Stadium, located at 5300 North Park Drive in Pennsauken.
“Join us as we march to honor the victims of the Orlando shooting, and celebrate the diversity of Camden County,” Camden County Freeholder Jeff Nash said. “This attack was not just against the LGBT community, but an act of hate against our overall community.”

The goal of the march is to show “solidarity with Orlando and to honor victims by spreading a message of love and equality in our community today and for future generations,” Nash said.

Participants are invited to wear clothing in shades of rainbow colors to reflect the diversity of the community, and to make signs, banners and personalized t-shirts to honor the victims.
March for Love t-shirts will be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the One Orlando fund created by the city of Orlando to help the victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting and their families.
