Boy, 15, Missing In South Jersey: Help Police Find Julissa Noy

Julissa Noy has pink hair and was last seen wearing all black. He was reported missing Wednesday, and police ask for help bringing him home.

CAMDEN, NJ — A 15-year-old boy is missing in Camden County, and police are asking for the community's help bringing him home.

Julissa Noy was reported missing in Camden's Bergen Square neighborhood, in the 1000 block of Atlantic Avenue, on Wednesday.

Camden County Police said Noy is a Hispanic male weighing 140 pounds and standing 5'6" tall. He has pink hair and brown eyes, police said, and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
