New Independent Bookstore Debuts In South Jersey
The Collingswood Book Festival coincides with the store's soft opening.
COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A new independent bookstore held its soft opening on Friday, just in time to be included in the Collingswood Book Festival activities.
"Cultura Books" moved into the former site of "The Pilates Soul Studio" at 606 Haddon Ave. after the fitness center relocated to the second floor of 226 Haddonfield Rd. in Cherry Hill.
The new bookstore is in the process of building its inventory out ahead of its official launch. The details and date for the grand opening are yet to be announced.

The store's staff will be taking part in the 24th Annual Collingswood Book Festival on Saturday from 10 a.m. t0 4 p.m.
The borough tradition brings together readers and writers of all ages each year for a day of author talks, book deals, and more.

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. along Haddon Avenue.
The entire street will be closed to drivers from Collings Avenue to E. Homestead Avenue between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
