Police Investigate Fatal Shooting in South Jersey
A Camden man was apparently shot in the area of Fourth and Clinton streets Tuesday night.

Police are investigating a murder that took place in Camden Tuesday night, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson said.
Camden County Police found 24-year-old David Serrano, of Camden, lying on the ground in the area of Fourth and Clinton streets after responding to a ShotSpotter activation and 911 calls about a shooting around 7:07 p.m.
Serrano was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 7:20 p.m.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
