Pre-Leasing Off to a Strong Start at Phase II of The Collings at the LumberYard
In Just Five Weeks, Applications Received for More than 40% of The Collings North's 70 Luxury Apartments.

Collingswood, N.J. (September 22, 2014) -- Ingerman, a leading developer, manager and builder of multi-family apartment communities, today announced a flurry of pre-leasing activity at The Collings North, the second and final phase of The Collings at the Lumberyard in downtown Collingswood, N.J. In just five weeks, Ingerman has received applications for more than 40 percent of The Collings North’s 70 premier luxury rental residences.
The strong demand for the newest residences at The Collings at the LumberYard is a continuation of Ingerman’s resounding success with Phase I of the community, which leased out in just two months. A number of factors have contributed to the community outperforming the market. These include a central location in Collingswood’s downtown business district, near mass transit and a plethora of restaurants and shops, as well as the incorporation of numerous desirable lifestyle amenities exclusively available for residents.

Housed in a five-story, new construction mixed-use building that includes ground-floor retail as well as Ingerman’s new corporate headquarters, the one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments at The Collings North range from 800 square feet to nearly 1,300 square feet. These maintenance-free, pet-friendly residences include gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and Energy Star appliances, generous closet space and full-size washers and dryers. Community amenities include a courtyard with grill, common-area Wi-Fi, a community room and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
A new leasing office, as well as fully furnished model apartments, will be available for tours beginning in late October. Move-ins at The Collings North are scheduled to begin in November.
