Roadwork In Collingswood Set For Later This Week

An alternating traffic pattern will be in effect.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A roadway improvements project will take place this week on sections of South Park Drive in Collingswood, county officials announced on Wednesday. Crews will be milling and resurfacing sections of the roadway on Thursday and Friday.

There will be alternating traffic on a stretch of South Park Drive to the east of North Vineyard Boulevard, and on Hillcrest Avenue between North Vineyard Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

“This project is not expected to close roadways, but we expect delays and shifting traffic patterns in the area of construction,” Freeholder Susan Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, said. “Please give yourself extra time to reach your destination if your travel plans include this section of roadway, and always remain cautious when driving through a construction zone.”
