Website Makes Reporting Issues Easier for Collingswood Residents
The new system was unveiled last week.

Collingswood, NJ -- Collingswood is making it easier for residents to report municipal issues to departments by offering a ‘residential self service’ program on Collingswood.com, officials said.
The new system allows residents to report non-emergency issues like animal concerns, brush pickup, clogged storm drains, electronics recycling, grass concerns, hanging limbs, leaf pickup, parks and playground issues, potholes, recycling, snow removal, street lighting, street sign issues and stump removal.
Those that submit an issue receive notification when their job has been received and confirmation when completed. The service can be accessed here.

It also lets residents know their issue is being addressed.”
