Woodlynne Man Indicted for Allegedly Filming Child in Walmart Bathroom
Jason M. Kammerer, who allegedly filmed a child inside the bathroom of a Turnersville Walmart, faces three to five years in state prison if convicted.

A sex offender from Woodlynne accused of filming a child inside the bathroom of a Gloucester County Walmart was indicted by a grand jury.
The charges against Jason M. Kammerer, 36, were filming without consent intimate parts and observing without consent intimate parts.
The incident happened on Aug. 12, 2012, at Walmart in Turnersville.

A customer told police he was in the store restroom with his two children when he saw a man in an adjacent stall trying to film one of the children with a cell phone.
The man left the store after the child's father confronted him, but authorities later identified him as Kammerer through surveillance video from the store.

He has two prior convictions for endangering the welfare of a child, and served about two years in state prison on those charges.
Kammerer faces three to five years in state prison if convicted of the current charges against him.
