Workshop: Build a Rain Barrel
Turn a 55 gallon recycled food-grade plastic barrel into a rain barrel with help from Saddler's Woods Conservation Association - Feb. 20.

Offered by Saddler’s Woods Conservation Association (SWCA), together with Alissa Ambacher, watershed expert and workshop leader from the NJDEP Watershed Ambassador Program.

Cost per barrel: $45 for SWCA members. $55 for non-members.
The essentials will be provided: barrels, faucets, hardware, caulking, and use of a jigsaw, drill, channel lock pliers, adjustable wrenches, and screwdrivers, as well as step-by-step instructions and a presentation about smart water tips. Bring safety glasses and, if you prefer, your own set of tools.
Barrels are approximately 24” x 35”, so plan accordingly to get them home after the workshop.
