CRANFORD, NJ — Drivers heading toward Clark on Thursday may want to allow a little extra time for their trip.
The westbound side of Raritan Road is closed between Centennial Avenue and Mohawk Drive while utility work is being completed in the area, according to the Cranford Police Department.
Traffic is being detoured around the closure, and drivers can expect changes to their usual route while the work is underway.
Officials are encouraging motorists to follow the posted detour signs and plan for possible delays.
