CRANFORD, NJ — Due to the heatwave, Cranford’s celebration marking America’s 250th birthday has been moved indoors, with the event now set to take place at the Cranford Recreation Center.
According to officials, the July 3 celebration will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 375 Centennial Avenue.
The change moves the event from its original outdoor setting to the recreation center, while keeping the same time and date.
The event is free to the public and will include food, games and activities.
