Ani Ramen Eyes Cranford Opening By Year's End
Residents can get their noodle fix on Walnut Avenue by the end of year.

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - Ani Ramen House is continuing their northern New Jersey expansion with the announcement of three new locations this fall, one of them in Cranford, according to a company spokesperson.
Luck Sarabhayvanija, founder and partner in the business said the craft ramen eatery will also be opening in Maplewood and East Rutherford.
"We're fortunate that our ramen concept has been so well-received, and we are pleased to become part of the Maplewood, Cranford and East Rutherford communities. We're also planning the rollout of several other New Jersey locations, so be on the lookout for an Ani Ramen coming to a downtown near you soon," Sarabhayvanija said.

Ani Ramen serves craft ramen featuring their signature noodles, created by Sun Noodle and the menu also offers their izakaya small plates, shrimp buns, handmade crispy gyoza, and glazed chicken wings.
