Clay Courts Club To Host Summer Youth Academy

Local youths can learn to play tennis under the direction of an experienced instructor.

The Cranford Clay Courts Club will once again host its summer youth academy and applications are now being accepted.

The Youth Academy will offer three, two-week sessions, each consisting of six lessons.

• Group Lessons for ages 6-8, 9-11, 12 and older.

• A small student-to-teacher ratio

• Three lessons per week for two weeks for a total of six hours.

• The instructor is Bill Prisco. He is PTR Certified.

• Participants will also receive a Youth Academy T-shirt.

The fees are as follows: Club members, $100; non-members: $110.

All Academy Sessions will be conducted at the Clay Courts Club facility on Springfield Ave., across from the Canoe Club.
