Congressman Talks Federal Funding In Cranford
Tom Malinowski spoke with Cranford First Responders last week.
CRANFORD, NJ - District 7 Congressman Tom Malinowski stopped by the Cranford Police Department last week to meet with to talk about federal funding of first responders.
While he was there, Malinowski also discussed with officers what issues currently challenge local police departments. Detective Lt. Ed Davenport, the Municipal Counter-terrorism Liaison, and Captain Guy Patterson spoke with Malinowski about the suspicious activity reporting system and bias based investigation protocols.
Joining Malinowski in this discussion was Mayor Patrick Giblin, Administrator Jamie Cryan and members of the Investigative and Patrol Divisions.
