Cougars Lose to Summit in UC Lacrosse Tournament Semi-Finals
The Cranford Boys Lacrosse Team lost to Summit 14-2 on Thursday losing them a spot in the UC Tournament Finals.
The top-seeded Summit varsity lacrosse team took down Cranford (9-7) in the semi-final round of the Union County Lacrosse Tournament on Thursday.
According to NJ.com, Summit's Matt Maier and Liam Menning each scored four goals and had four assists, while Chris Zanelli managed to score two goals during the home game.
Cranford defeated Arthur L. Johnson in the quarter-final round (9-6) bringing them to their match against Summit, but now Summit will play Westfield in the County Finals on Saturday.
