Cranford Community Center Water Garden Fundraiser Brunch
Brunch Buffet at Pairings Palate and Plate
A waterfall, flowing pond and aquatic plants will beautify the Cranford Community Ctr. atrium and provide a bubbling, relaxing sound for everyone to enjoy.
Cranford's three garden clubs: the Floraphile Garden Club, the Garden Club of Cranford, and the Green Thumb Garden Club have received a grant from the National Garden Clubs to begin the project this spring.
Since January the three clubs have been collaborating with Cranford Recreational Director Steve Robertazzi, and the water feature will be constructed by Robert Bellek of Llily Pad Ponds,an award-winning aquatic designer and consultant for Rutgers University's horticultural programs. The water garden will include electrical lighting, woodland plants, and stone.
Now the local community can help support this project by attending a delicious, elaborate gourmet brunch buffet at Pairings Palate and Plate BYO Prosecco/Wine. TICKETS: $55 per person. Purchase tickets at the Cranford Library on Walnut Ave. or contact Sue Matlosz at CRANFORDWATERGARDEN@gmail.com
Please reserve your tickets early as they will sell out quickly.
