Cranford Man Among 6 Arrested For Drugs: Blotter
Marijuana, Heroin, Cocaine and mushrooms all seized by police in Cranford: blotter

Cranford, NJ — A total of seven people were arrested for having drugs including a Cranford local, according to the Cranford Police blotter.
Cranford Police Blotter:
On Aug. 5 at 12:29 a.m.: Ross Schickler, 19, of Springfield was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50g) and Possession of Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. A 2007 Land Rover was stopped on Alden Street at North Union Avenue for having no front license plate. During an investigation at the scene, Ptl. D’Agostino located marijuana inside the vehicle. A passenger, Ross Schickler, was arrested, processed, and released pending a Municipal Court appearance. The driver was issued motor vehicle summonses for unclear plates and failure to exhibit documents.

On Aug. 5 at 11:25 p.m.: Reyonna Mosely-Ward, 18, of Roselle was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop. A 2004 Suzuki was stopped at the intersection of Raritan Road at Coleman Avenue for a motor vehicle violation. During an investigation at the scene, Ptl. Dubitsky determined that the driver, Reyonna Mosely-Ward was driving while under the influence. Mosely-Ward was arrested, processed, and released pending a Municipal Court appearance. Mosely-Ward was also issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while intoxicated, careless driving, failing to keep right, and failure to exhibit documents.
On Aug. 8 at 2:53 p.m.: Matthew Dimarco, 28, of Cranford was arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. A 2008 Subaru was stopped at the intersection of Holly Street at Alden Street subsequent to a citizen motor vehicle complaint. During an investigation at the scene, Ptl. Chamra located cocaine and heroin inside the vehicle. The driver, Matthew Dimarco, was arrested, processed, and released pending a Superior Court appearance. DiMarco was also issued motor vehicle summons for having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.

On Aug. 8 at 12:19 p.m.: Michael Dawkins, 37, of Irvington was arrested for Possession of Marijuana(under 50 grams) and Possession of Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. Following a suspicious motor vehicle investigation, Michael Dawkins was arrested when Detective Durkin discovered he was in possession of marijuana. Robinson, was arrested, processed, and released pending a Municipal Court appearance.
On Aug. 9 at 6:52 p.m.: Brandon Villanueva, 20, of Fords was arrested for Possession of Marijuana(under 50 grams) and Possession of Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. A 2005 Toyota was stopped on Myrtle Street at Park Street for a motor vehicle violation. Following an investigation at the scene by Ptl. Federici, it was determined that the driver, Brandon Villanueva, was in possession of marijuana. Villanueva was arrested, processed, and released to a friend, pending a Municipal Court appearance. Williams was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failing to maintain lane and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
On Aug. 15 at 2:44 a.m.: Zachary Piragnoli, 26, of Bronx, NY was arrested for Possession of Marijuana(under 50 grams), Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance Analog(LSD), Possession of Psilocybin Mushrooms and Possession of Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. A 2006 Toyota was stopped at the intersection of Centennial Avenue and Myrtle Street for numerous motor vehicle offenses. During an investigation at the scene, Ptl. Dubitsky located marijuana, LSD, and Psilocybin mushrooms inside the vehicle. The driver, Zachary Piragnoli, was arrested, processed, and released pending a Superior Court appearance. Piragnoli was also issued motor vehicle summonses for having a controlled dangerous substance inside a motor vehicle, careless driving, failure to maintain lamps, and obstructing traffic.
On Aug. 15 at 11:18 p.m.: William Hemmings, 28, of Roselle was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 50 grams), Possession of Paraphernalia and Contempt of Court following a motor vehicle stop. A 2004 Jeep was stopped at the Garden State Parkway North Bpund 137 Entrance Ramp at E. North Avenue for having multiple brake lights out. During an investigation at the scene, Ptl. Rattigan located marijuana inside the vehicle. The driver, Donica Nyenator, was arrested, processed, and released pending a Municipal Court appearance. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that a passenger, William Hemmings, had an outstanding traffic warrant out of Newark Municipal Court. William was arrested, processed, and released on his own recognizance. Nyenator was issued motor vehicle summonses for having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, unlicensed driver, and failing to maintain lamps.
