Driver Charged With DWI After Late-Night Stop In Cranford
A Newark man was charged following a motor vehicle stop early in June.
CRANFORD, NJ — A Newark man is facing charges following a late-night traffic stop on Raritan Road earlier this month.
Police said the stop happened at about 9:45 p.m. on June 2.
Erwyn Allen, 45, of Newark, was charged with driving while intoxicated after the stop, according to the Cranford Police Department.

He was also issued seven motor vehicle summonses in connection with the incident and released pending a future court date in Cranford Municipal Court.
