Drunk Driver Arrested On High Street: Cranford Police
Tyree Dicks was stopped for having unclear plates, police said.
CRANFORD, NJ - A 29-year-old Middlesex man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on Sept. 21.
According to authorities, Patrolman Christopher Folinusz stopped a 2016 Chevrolet on South Avenue East and High Street for unclear plates. Following an investigation on scene, Folinusz arrested the driver, Tyree Dicks, for driving while intoxicated, police said.
Dicks was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.

In addition, Dicks was issued motor vehicle summonses for refusal to submit to the taking of breath samples, an unsafe lane change and unclear plates, police said.
