The CHIP program provides parents with a detailed record for identifying their child. which is critical in the event a child goes missing. Parents will receive a fingerprint card, a physical description, dental impression, DNA sample, and a computer disc that contains the child’s personal information. . The Masonic CHIP Kit is the most comprehensive service of its kind anywhere. CHIP is provided at no charge to the public and all of the identifying items generated during CHIP are given to the child's family.
No appointment is necessary. First come, first served while supplies last. Santa Claus will also make a guest appearance with photos available. The Masonic Child Identification Programs (CHIP) are a charitable initiative by North American Masonic lodges to aid in the identification and recovery of missing children. CHIP programs are supported monetarily at the Grand Lodge level, and are staffed by volunteers from subordinate lodges as well as law enforcement and dental professionals. The program has been lauded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
