The Rahway River Trout Unlimited (RRTU) chapter announces that its November meeting will be held a little early this month, on Tuesday night, November 23 at the Cranford Community Center at 7:30 PM.
This month is a meeting that you won't want to miss, since we are fortunate to have a nationally-known fishing author, Manny Luftglass, presenting at the meeting. Manny is the author of over a dozen books on various types of fishing, and over 3000 published articles on fishing, the environment, and outdoor-related topics. He was also for many years, one of the freshwater fishing writers for "The Fisherman" magazine. This month he will focus on a topic somewhat different from our usual trout-stream-oriented presentations. He will be presenting "Techniques for Catching Large Trout in NJ's Round Valley Reservoir". All fisherman and interested parties are welcome to attend, free, whether or not you are a member of the RRTU chapter. Manny will have some of his books available for sale, and will be happy to autograph them for you.
