"An Evening of Shining Stars Takes the Stage Tonight at UCPAC
7th annual special needs talent show at UCPAC in Rahway features "Music Through the Decades"at 7 pm
The much-anticipated "Evening of Shining Stars" talent show is here, and tickets for tonight's show are still available. With over 800 seats sold already, the cast is ready for a night to remember as they sing and dance to "Music Through the Decades" -- featuring songs from the 20's through today at the historic Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway.
The show will feature 30 special needs cast members from around Union County and their "buddies" from local high schools. Tickets are available online at www.UCPAC.org/events and wil also be available at the door and are priced at $15 and $12. All proceeds go to Shining Stars Network, a 501(c)3 non profit organization that creates performing arts opportunities for the special needs community in Union County.
