CRANFORD, NJ — There is a new beauty salon in town. Fama Salon opened last week in Cranford at 300 Centennial Avenue.

A ribbon cutting was held with Cranford Deputy Mayor Mary O'Connnor on Sept. 28.

Owner Paula Figueiredo of Linden has always had a passion for hair. After graduating from beauty school she worked her way through the business and eventually opened a location in her hometown.
