Holiday Wreath Decorating Workshop with Floral Designer Cheryl Wilks HTR

Please join the Hanson Park Conservancy as we welcome professional floral designer Cheryl Wilks HTR for a Wreath Decorating Workshop on Tuesday, December 6 at 7 PM at the Cranford Community Center. Participants will choose their own bow/ribbons and beautiful decorations to design a seasonal holiday wreath to enjoy well into the new year. Sign-up early on our website, www.hansonparkconservancy.com, as registration is limited to the first 24 people. The cost is $25 for members of the Hanson Park Conservancy ($30 for non-members). Payment is due at time of registration. As we enter the holiday season of sparkle and light, learn new ways to decorate in this fun “make it & take it.”

Cheryl's company, "Flowers On Location" brings horticulture programs to ALL ages and abilities. She's a registered horticultural therapist and teaches flower arranging for wellness. Scientific research has documented the impact flowers have on our emotional well-being, self-expression and self-esteem. Over the years, she has designed many weddings and galas in the Philadelphia region. She's been on stage at the International Philadelphia Flower Show for over 25 years as well as numerous other home and garden shows around the country. She also teaches flower classes at the Morris Arboretum, Phila. (Univ. of PA).
