LaRose to Continue Soccer Career for St. John's in Fall
Cranford native Mike LaRose will join the St. John's University soccer team this fall after a great high school career for the Seton Hall Prep Pirates.
Seton Hall Prep has announced that Cranford native Mike LaRose has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend St. John’s University this coming fall. St. John’s has one of the top soccer programs in the Big East and the country.
LaRose, an outstanding center back, controlled the back line and helped the team record 13 shutouts this past season and took part in 38 shutouts in his great three year varsity career. He finished the 2011 season with three goals and an assist.
