CRANFORD, NJ — As of Thursday, there are 15 additional cases of the new coronavirus in Cranford, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 72. The new coronavirus outbreak in New Jersey and across the nation is having vast impacts in Cranford, including the closure of schools and many businesses.
The number of cases of the illness caused by the virus, known as COVID-19, continue to rise and additional measures and closures continue to be announced.

Cranford schools will observe spring recess from April 6 through April 13. Distance learning will resume on April 14. Schools are closed until at least April 17.
