Loitering Leads To Drug Arrest: Cranford Police
Rabbani Lovelace was stopped by police on Bryant Avenue.
CRANFORD, NJ - An 18-year-old Roselle man was charged with drug posession after authorities found him loitering in the woods, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to officials, police units checked on three individuals loitering near a wooded area along Bryant Avenue. Following an investigation on scene, Patrolman Courtney Holder arrested one of the individuals, Rabbani Lovelace, for possession of suspected marijuana, police said.
He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.
