New Dialysis Center Opens In Cranford

CRANFORD, NJ - The newly constructed Trinitas Regional Medical Center, Cranford Dialysis Center at Cranford Rehab & Nursing Center opened Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house.

According to officials, the opening is the culmination of many years of hard work and marks the opening of the first dialysis center in the town of Cranford. The goals is to serve the community and local hospitals by providing a brand new, state-of-the-art center located in Cranford, officials said.

Officials said the center features eight beds, each one with privacy and a TV, and will have three shifts every day Monday through Saturday. There is a reception area for loved ones as well as ample parking, officials said.

"Thanks to Excelerate HCS and Trinitas Regional Medical Center for their investment in our community," said Mayor Patrick Giblin.

Cranford Rehab & Nursing Center is located at 205 Birchwood Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016.
