New Restaurant Bringing Japanese Flavor To Cranford

CRANFORD, NJ — Japanese-style treats will soon be available in Cranford.

"Fluffy Fluffy" desert cafe by Fuwa Fuwa is set to open at 100 North Union Ave. next month.

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Fluffy Fluffy is part of North America's largest soufflé pancake and dessert cafe brand, according to Downtown Cranford.

Its signature dish is a blend of traditional pancakes and souffles cooked at a very slow and low temperature. This gives the egg-white-based treats a soft, bouncy, and light feel.

While a definite grand opening date has not been announced, the doors of the Cranford location are set to welcome customers in early February, per NJ Advance Media.

This will be the third location in New Jersey for "Fluffy Fluffy," joining cafes in Edison and Jersey City.
