Shoplifting, Crack Pipe Arrests In Cranford: Police

Gloria Wallace and Tyrone Hood were picked up at a South Avenue West business, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 51-year-old Elizabeth woman and a 48-year-old Elizabeth man were arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, according to the Cranford Police Department.

According to authorities, police units were dispatched to a South Avenue West business on a report of a shoplifting and following an investigation on scene, Patrolman Courtney Holder arrested two individuals, Gloria Wallace and Tyrone
Hood, for shoplifting and for each possessing suspected crack pipes.

They were processed and provided with Municipal Court appearance dates. Both Wallace and Hood had active arrest warrants out of Elizabeth, police said.
