Tinted Windows Lead To Drug Arrest: Cranford Cops

Kimberly Saybe was arrested after a motor vehicle, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 23-year-old New Brunswick woman was arrested and charged with drug possession after a motor vehicle stop on Feb. 27, according to the Cranford Township Police Department.

According to authorities, a 2013 Toyota was stopped on North Avenue East and the Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange for having tinted windows. Following an investigation on scene, Patrolman Matthew Siessel arrested a passenger, Kimberly Saybe, for suspected marijuana found inside the vehicle, police said.

She was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, the driver was issued motor vehicle summonses for tinted windows, failure to signal a turn, obstructing traffic and failure to notify the NJMVC of an address change.
