Walking For Wellness And Recovery Returns To Cranford

On Saturday, October 5, 2019, the Mental Health Association in New Jersey (MHANJ) and its partner, Monarch Housing Associates, invite community organizations, neighbors and friends to participate the Annual Walk for Wellness and Recovery. The Walk takes place in beautiful Nomahegan Park on Springfield Avenue in Cranford and will begin at 8:30 a.m. This year marks the 12th anniversary of this annual event. Last year’s walk drew participation from over 300 walkers.

Walk registration is $25 online (deadline for online registration is October 4 at noon) and $30 on the day of the event. The event features activities for all ages, including pumpkin painting for children, wellness demonstrations and community resource tables.
