WaWa Gains Zoning Approval In Cranford
The proposed site is where Horan Lumber used to be on North Avenue.

CRANFORD, NJ - The Zoning Board approved a site plan that would allow WaWa to come to North Avenue East by the Garden State Parkway last Monday.
The original site plan, approved back in 2016 at the old Horan Lumber location, included six fuel positions, a new access driveway and 35 parking spots. The plan is spread over two lots, one in Roselle Park and they are separated by a rail spur.
The newest iteration of the site plan added nine new parking spaces to the Cranford side,
