Postural Analysis Workshop with Jullian Guinta. In Postural Analysis we will be looking at common postures that cause our students pain and discomfort. Sometimes these postural variations can be part of our body's structures from birth or result from an inclination toward a particular movement pattern. This will be a hands-on workshop where we will learn to identify muscular imbalances in various Asanas. We will also come up with activities that we can do to lengthen, strengthen, and balance those muscle groups so our clients and students can live pain-free!Cost of Workshop: General Admission $35 per person; AYA Grads: $25; Current AYA Students: $10 or a donation.
