At TruBody Wellness in Cinnaminson, we help men and women over 40 restore their health through a structured lifestyle system rooted in strength training, nutrition, and consistency. Our work is built on one core belief: lifestyle is the most powerful form of medicine when applied correctly and consistently.

One of our most inspiring success stories is Darcy, a local member who lived with osteoporosis for decades and had been on medication since the late 1990s with little lasting improvement. When she joined TruBody in 2021, the first thing she completed was our TruBody Reset 30—a foundational 30-day program that teaches individuals how to nourish their bodies, rebuild strength, and implement long-term healing.

Although Darcy already ate a health-conscious diet, her body was still deeply malnourished at the cellular level. Through Reset 30, she learned how to properly fuel her bones and muscles, support her metabolism, and pair her nutrition with targeted strength training and regular movement. Her DEXA scans soon showed measurable gains in bone density—enough that her doctor officially paused her osteoporosis medication in 2023.
