• More Than 225 Pounds of Marijuana Seized as East Orange Cracks Down on Illegal Smoke Shops (tapinto.net) — East Orange officials have shut down eight businesses, made 11 arrests, and seized more than 225 pounds of marijuana in a sweeping crackdown on unlicensed smoke shops and unregulated cannabis sales across the city. Multiple city departments and state agencies are coordinating ongoing inspections, and residents are urged to report suspected illegal business activity to East Orange authorities for follow-up.
   

• Treach Says "Never" To A Naughty By Nature Reunion (blackamericaweb.com) — Hip-hop artist Treach says a Naughty By Nature reunion is highly unlikely, citing long-running business disputes with his former bandmates. The group did briefly reunite in 2024 when a basketball court in their hometown of East Orange was named in their honor, but relations have since cooled again.
