Middlesex Co. Launches Community Survey To Identify Gaps, Needs

The anonymous survey seeks input from residents, including those receiving Medicaid, food assistance, mental health services, and more.

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ — Middlesex County is asking residents to weigh in on how well its community services and programs are meeting local needs through an anonymous online survey.

The Middlesex County Department of Community Services is seeking input from any county resident, including those who receive Medicaid or NJ FamilyCare, aging or long-term care services, mental health or substance use disorder services, food assistance such as SNAP or cash assistance through TANF, community-based services, and those experiencing homelessness or unstable housing.

Residents who speak a language other than English are also encouraged to participate.

County officials said the feedback will help identify community strengths, service gaps and areas for improvement.

The survey is available online at middlesexcountynj.gov/communitysurvey. Residents without internet access can participate by calling 732-745-4230. Responses are anonymous and cannot be traced back to individual participants.
