Caregiving is a full-time responsibility for many families, but taking time to care for yourself is just as important. The Statewide Respite Care Program helps eligible caregivers take a temporary break while ensuring their loved one continues to receive quality care in a safe environment.

Respite services can help reduce caregiver stress, prevent burnout, and improve overall well-being for both caregivers and those receiving care. Taking time to rest isn't selfish—it's an important part of providing the best possible care.
