Maintaining strength and balance is an important part of healthy aging. Middlesex County offers evidence-based fall prevention programs such as Bingocize® and A Matter of Balance, which are designed to help older adults improve balance, build confidence, and reduce the risk of falls in a fun and supportive environment.
Bingocize® combines light exercise, fall prevention education, and the game of bingo, while A Matter of Balance helps participants learn practical strategies to reduce their fear of falling and stay active. Registration is required, and classes are offered at locations throughout Middlesex County.
