East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center teams up with Spineck Physical Therapy to hold the program "Managing Arthritis Without Over-Reliance on Medication" on Tuesday, September 22, 7:00 pm

Spineck Physical Therapy's Devanshi Modi, MPT, shares practical ways to manage hip and knee arthritis pain and stiffness through movement, exercise, proper posture, and healthy daily habits. This presentation will also explain how and why arthritis develops and how physical therapy can help improve mobility, strength, and confidence in everyday activities. Participants will learn practical mobility and stretching exercises.

Devanshi Modi, MPT, Cert. MDT, CMP, SFMA-1, is a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Spineck Physical Therapy in East Brunswick. She provides individualized, one-on-one care for patients with arthritis, orthopedic conditions, and neck and back pain. She is passionate about helping people move more comfortably and remain active and independent.

Registration is recommended. You can attend the program in person at the library or online. Walk=ins and drop-ins are welcome. Light refreshments will be served at the library courtesy of Spineck Physical Therapy. .
